About us
E.S. Tooling was founded in 1996 in Beringen by Erik Schildermans. With a strong industrial background and years of experience producing mechanical parts and dies for companies including Philips, Mercedes, and Melotte 3D Metal Printing & High Precision Manufacturing, he built the company on pure craftsmanship. Today, about 15 highly skilled and motivated people work on Slamstraat in Genk.
From day one, the focus has been on high-precision turning and milling: small, complex jobs with tolerances of 5 microns or less—the projects others prefer to avoid. "I deliberately chose a niche market," says Erik. "Difficult work has always been our specialty." Quality and precision are our trademark.

At E.S. Tooling we believe precision manufacturing only has a future when human expertise and advanced automation reinforce each other. Our vision is clear: complex assignments must become simpler, faster, and more reliable. That means our optimized processes add value for our customers and for us.
Thanks to extensive robotics for piecework and prototypes, we can switch flexibly between orders, drastically shorten lead times, and minimize error margins. The result is a production environment that delivers continuously: higher volumes, more stability, and predictable quality.

All measurement processes, both during and after production, follow strictly defined and certified procedures. With efficient and highly accurate measurement methods, we ensure every part falls exactly within the required tolerances and specifications.
As part of our quality control, we provide the necessary measurement reports and certificates for every order, giving customers full transparency and traceability on the conformity of our parts.

Industry 4.0
E.S. Tooling is among the pioneers in fully automated 5-axis milling for prototypes. Thanks to advanced robotics and the latest software, production lines run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Today, prototype and single-part production is fully automated: CAM software determines the optimal machining sequence, robot cells perform the operations, and even quality control is automated. This combination of precision, speed, and continuity has been at the core of our competitive advantage for years.
The next step in our evolution is further digitizing the entire production chain.
